1 Acceptance of Terms of Use

By registering or using any service on the sga77 platform, you hereby agree to be fully bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to refrain from using the sga77 platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and sga77 as the platform operator. They apply to all platform users regardless of access method — whether via the official website or the sga77 mobile app.

2 Account Registration Eligibility

To register and use sga77 services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Must be an individual registering under their own name, not on behalf of any third party.

• Holding a valid Malaysia bank account registered in your own name.

3 Account Management

Each player is only permitted to hold one active account on the sga77 platform at any one time. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited regardless of the reason given.

• You are solely responsible for the security of your account password. sga77 will never request your password through any communication channel.
• A sga77 account may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other individual.
• Every account must use accurate and truthful personal information. Accounts registered with false information will be closed without notice.
• You must update your personal information via the profile section should any changes occur.
• Sga77 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your own negligence.

4 Fund Deposits

Sga77 accepts deposits via a range of supported payment methods including FPX, DuitNow, local bank transfers, and other methods listed on the platform. All deposits are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the selected payment method and are stated within the platform.
• Successful deposits will be credited to your account automatically and immediately upon confirmation from the payment processor.
• Deposited funds may only be used for gambling purposes on the sga77 platform and cannot be transferred directly to other players.
• Sga77 reserves the right to request proof of payment or further verification in the event of any suspicious transactions.

5 Fund Withdrawal

Players may request a withdrawal of funds from their sga77 account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

7 Game Rules

• Wagers that have been confirmed and accepted by the system are final and cannot be cancelled.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, sga77 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the original bet to the player.
• Players are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection while playing. sga77 is not liable for any losses arising from connection disruptions on the player's end.
• Any attempt to manipulate games through third-party software, automated bots, or other unauthorized methods is strictly prohibited.

8 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of sga77's commitment to platform security and anti-money laundering compliance, all players are required to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) process before their first withdrawal is processed.

• Required documents typically include a copy of your valid MyKad national identity card or passport.
• Proof of current address, such as a bank statement or utility bill within the past three months, may be required.
• Phone number and email address verification is mandatory for all accounts.
• Sga77 will process KYC documents within 24 to 48 business hours after a complete submission is received.

9 Prohibited Conduct

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the sga77 support team. Accounts closed upon player request will be processed within 3 business days, and any eligible balance will be returned to the player upon completion of verification.

11 Limitation of Liability

Sga77 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of this platform, including:

• Financial losses resulting from unfavourable game outcomes.
• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unplanned system maintenance.
• Losses caused by unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
• Changes in laws or regulations affecting the availability of sga77 services in certain regions.

Sga77's maximum total liability to any player under any circumstances is limited to the actual deposit amount made by that player within the 30 days prior to the liability claim arising.

12 Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Sga77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on the official sga77 website.
